Shapes In Room 16

We have been learning about shapes. We know that shapes can be sorted by how many sidesoredges they have.

Creative fun in Room 16

Amelia and Lucas showed their creativity when they made a short animation this week. They had fun making their characters and taking lots of photos as they moved them gradually across their backdrop. We will be making a class animation project in Term 4 to get more students involved.

This week our circles group has started learning about tens and Ones.  They were finding the missing numbers by counting in Tens and Ones.

Casey Boshoff is a Masters Student who is training to be a teacher. She will be in Room 16 each day for the rest of Term 3, and for two days each week in Term 4. Welcome to Room 16, Miss B!
