At science I learned about magnets. I sat on the mat and Mrs McGimpsey taught me all about magnets. First I chose the bottle. It had iron sand in the bottle. I got a magnet and the magnet dragged the sand up. Next I made my own magnet. I made a statue with pins. I got a worksheet with sad and happy faces on it. If we had a pin stuck on to the scissors then we coloured in the happy face. - Amelia
