Honey Tasting

    

    

This week we tasted 3 types of honey. The first was Honeydew honey. It was a golden colour and was see through like glass. Honeydew honey is runny, smooth and very sweet.

The next honey we tried was Clover honey.  It was white and thick but nice and smooth and not too sweet.
Next we had manuka honey. This was thick like the clover honey but it was dark brown and quite grainy on our tongues.
